Steigenberger Parkhotel Braunschweig, Braunschweig

Staying at this wonderful new hotel in Braunschweig was a fantastic experience. The rooms were of a very good standard and spotless. The only downside was that they were far too warm as the air-conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is directly connected to a park with a lake and is also close to the city center.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, but it felt somewhat unwelcoming and was too warm during my stay. The price of almost 300€ for the night was quite high for what was offered.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms had an amazing view of the lake and were strategically located - mine was on the 3rd floor under the gym/fitness center on the 4th floor. Plus, each room has its own phone number you can call directly, which is so convenient. The service was friendly and helpful, though a bit junior and inexperienced at times. The location was lovely, surrounded by a massive park yet close enough to the city center of Brunswick. The dining experience was superb with a great variety of high-quality foods offered. Overall, a great stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, situated in the heart of Braunschweig's beautiful park while still being close to the town center. The rooms were well-equipped although a bit small, and the restaurant's noise level was a drawback. However, the service was exceptional, with a kind gesture of providing a personal phone charger. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a wide variety of fresh options. The facilities were satisfactory, with room for improvement in accommodating all guests.
